And having personally loved on Roosevelt Row and spent a lot of time up and down Central Ave., I can say just how richly diverse those neighborhoods really are. Those homes shouldn't all be staged the same way. The architecture is different, the buyers are different, the story each home is trying to tell is different. Price and portfolio matter, but choosing a staging company based solely on price and portfolio will sometimes miss the bigger picture.
